MC Du Toit - CEO of Colliers Auctions

MC is a fourth generation auctioneer with experience in all aspects within the auction industry.  He is both a dynamic and very experienced auctioneer and brings his knowledge and skills to this highly professional and qualified team.  MC serves on the Executive board for the South African Institute of Auctioneers.

Willem Slabbert - Senior Auction Development Manager

Willem joined Colliers Auctions in August 2008.  Willem is instrumental in resourcing new and exciting Commercial properties for Colliers Auctions.

He has previous experience within the bond originator field. He is also an ex provincial rugby player for the Cheetahs.

Sisa Ndyoko - Auction Development Manager  

With an impressive background in property sales, Sisa Ndyoko also brings his successful entrepreneurship skills acquired in the Import and Export industry.  Joining this high powered team of Colliers Auctions in 2009, Sisa has 5 years experience in the property industry.

Lebogang Mogotsi - Auction Development Manager  

Lebogang has a world of experience in the residential property sales and marketing. She has a spectacular record of having sold not less than fifty properties in her real estate career spanning a total of six years to date. She has numerous, documented accolades in this regard. She gladly brings the skills and professionalism to the Colliers Auctions Team. 

Lylel Jason Van Buuren - Operations Manager

Lylel joined Colliers Auctions in May 2008 and works closely with MC Du Toit. His tasks include, inter alia, obtaining information on properties, preparing the marketing material and attending the auctions. Before joining our winning team, Lylel worked in Botswana for De Beers Prospecting on the Zeppelin Airship operation, surveying of Kimberlites.

Esmé Butcher - Administration Manager

Esmé joined Colliers Auctions in May 2008; where she utilizes her extensive knowledge of the banking, development and construction industry. She manages all administrative aspects for this fast growing company.

Whitney Lews - Marketing Officer

Whitney has recently joined the Johannesburg auction division.  She joined the company in August 2009 where she held the position of Executive Assistant to the Financial Director and Chairman of Colliers International. Whitney will be responsible for all marketing material including brochures, conditions of sale, advertising and client liaison.

Jason McKenzie - Broker

Jason has enjoyed seven successful years focused on Commercial property investment.  The key skills he brings to Colliers Auctions is a sound financial background, extensive experience and knowledge gained in the Commercial property sector. These include property acquisitions, financial analysis, development, sales & negotiations and an extensive network and client base in South Africa.

Werner Venter - Broker

Werner joined Colliers Broking in 2001 and is responsible for broking leases in the areas Midrand and North.  During his time at Colliers Broking, he assisted in completing various leases for corporate clients.  In August 2008 Werner completed an auctioneering course at the South African College of Auctioneers from where they source commercial properties for auction.

Brendalynne Arnott - Logistics & Administrations Manager Colliers Auctions Western Cape

Brendalynne joined Colliers Auctions in October 2009. With her diverse experience in the eventing, property and auction markets, she oversees administration, client liaison, relationship building and marketing for the Western Cape division.

Garth Botton - General Manager Colliers Auctions KZN

Garth won numerous sales awards during his six years within the Life Assurance Industry.  He became a member of The Institute of Estate Agents in 1986, and as Regional Manager of Seeff Trust, opened the first regional office for the Seeff Group in KZN.  Garth has been involved in the development, marketing and sales of numerous Commercial/Industrial & Residential developments in the Greater Durban area and was extensively involved in the growth in The New Umhlanga Town Centre as well as the area around Gateway.  

After completing his S.A. College of Auctioneering Diploma in 2006, Garth formed his own property advisory and auctioneering company.  He then joined Colliers in September 2009, to establish and grow their Auctioneering Branch in KZN. 

Prabashnee Naidoo - Administrator Colliers Auctions KZN

Prabashee joined the Colliers Auctions team in November 2009 and is responsible for the administration of the branch in KZN.

Frederik Van Der Steeg - Operations Manager KZN

Frederik was previously a trader, specifically on the European markets and joined Colliers Auctions in February 2010.  He is responsible for inspection and photographing of properties as well as sourcing potential properties for auction.  Frederik reports to Garth Botton.
